Products and orders

We try to describe products, prices, and availability accurately. Product images and colors may vary with displays and handmade materials. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. An order is subject to payment authorization and our confirmation; if we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you about available options or a refund where appropriate.

Prices and payment

The price, currency, shipping charge, taxes if applicable, and available payment methods for your order are shown at checkout. Payment may be processed by a third-party provider such as Stripe. We do not ask you to send a complete card number through email or support chat. Your payment provider may apply its own terms.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping options and charges depend on your order and destination and are shown during checkout where available. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; customs processing and carrier delays may affect arrival. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for any import duties or taxes that the checkout does not collect, where applicable. Contact us if a parcel is delayed or arrives damaged.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds

Contact us with your order number if you want to cancel, return, or report a problem with an item. Whether a cancellation or return is possible depends on the order status, product condition, and applicable law. We will explain the available resolution before asking you to send an item back. Approved refunds are made through the original payment method when possible; payment providers may take additional time to post them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Accounts and acceptable use

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and provide accurate order information. Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or support services, or submit unlawful or abusive content. We may restrict misuse to protect the store and other customers.

Site content and external links

Store text, images, and branding are provided for shopping and general information. Product and article content may include material credited to its original source. Do not republish our site content without permission from the applicable rights holder. External links, including the forum, social media, and carrier tracking services, are operated by others and have their own terms.
