Which brush should I choose?

For a first brush, choose one described as a beginner, practice, or regular-script brush. Soft goat hair gives a fuller, more flowing stroke; weasel, rabbit, or mixed hair offers more spring and control. If you tell us what you want to paint and your experience level, we can suggest a suitable option.

What is Xuan paper?

Xuan paper is a traditional Chinese paper valued for its strength and ability to hold and spread ink beautifully. “Raw” paper absorbs ink quickly and is expressive; “熟宣” or ripe paper is treated to absorb less and is often easier for detailed painting.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to many countries. Available carriers, delivery estimates, and shipping charges depend on the destination and are shown at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your local authority and are not always included in the checkout total.

How can I track my order?

When tracking is available, we send the tracking details with your shipping confirmation. You can also use our Order Tracking page. Carrier scans can take a little time to appear after dispatch.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check the fulfilment status and explain what can still be changed. Once a parcel has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods available for your address and order are shown at checkout. Card payments may be processed securely by Stripe. Please never send a full card number by email or chat.
